The Highlands · Bardstown Road

Daisuki.

A cozy neighborhood sushi and Thai house in the Louisville Highlands. Creative rolls, a beloved sake happy hour, and a warm welcome.

01Our Story

From a market stall to a Bardstown Road home.

Daisuki began as a little sushi counter inside Logan Street Market, where neighbors lined up for rolls made with care and a touch of mischief. Word traveled the way good food does, one happy table at a time.

Now we have our own front door in the Highlands. Same hands, same creativity, a little more room to gather. Japanese sushi and Thai favorites, side by side, in a room that feels like a friend’s kitchen.

03Happy Hour

“The best sake happy hour in Louisville.”

What the regulars keep telling us

Pull up a seat, pour something cold, and let the afternoon slow down. Our sake happy hour is a neighborhood ritual, the kind of low-key good time the Highlands does best.

Happy hour timing can shift with the seasons. Give us a ring to catch it.
